Hoping I'm in the stack

I called the nurse again today since I still have not gotten a call back after leaving a message last week. I hate to be a nag, but she called me on Feb. 19, telling me that they have a potential donor for me, and I have heard nothing since! So, when I called today, I was surprised that someone actually answered her phone - that never happens. It wasn't the nurse - it appears that she is splitting time between their two offices in two different cities, so I guess that partially explains the lack of communication. I think my clinic is understaffed at the moment. Anyway, the woman who answered the phone said the nurse wouldn't be back until Thursday but she did know that the doctor had approved a stack of donors over the weekend - I'm hoping I'm in the stack! Hopefully, I'll hear something on Thursday.
