I have an egg donor and a sperm donor but no schedule and no plan .... and no AF. It's now CD 40. I'm always a 28-day kindof girl. The nurse said to give it another week and see. And no, I'm not pregnant. Trust me, I checked just in case the miracle of all miracles had happened.
I wonder if there is anything I can do or take to make her appear.

This has happened to me twice. Both times I was given oral progesterone for 10 days, after which AF will come.
BTW, wishing you a wonderful cycle that ends in a BFP!
Oh boy! Been there, done that! All I can say is drink lots of water, eat and sleep well, and your body will do what it needs to. Do you do acupuncture? That can help get your energy moving. It will come, my dear, and then you can put your plan in place!!
