Numbers
I had to laugh at myself - it's funny how you lose track of the details after way too many cycles. I was thinking and had posted that this donor produced more eggs than our last donor, but when I went back and looked - we got 14 from both. I guess since the last try didn't work and we only ended up with 1 frostie - I was thinking we had retrieved a lot fewer eggs, so it looks like this cycle is fairly similar to the last with the huge exception that we used donor sperm this time instead of the sperm 'o death AKA the destroyer sperm - as my hubby likes to call his these days. The other difference is that the embryologist insisted on a 3-day transfer right off the bat last time, this time he's leaning toward 5-day - I should get the final confirmation call on that this morning, so at least that makes me feel like he's seeing something different this time - we'll see. I'm trying to hang on to my calm, detached feelings, but they seem to be quickly vanishing.

Riley, are you also going to transfer your remainning frostie with the blasts you transfer on day 5?
No, I'm going to save my one frostie and then if we have any frosties left from this cycle and decide to do a FET in the future, we'll throw it in the mix then.
